Cancellation Policy

Kywii Logistics Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Welcome to Kywii Logistics Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. We strive to provide you with the best service possible. However, we understand that there might be situations where cancellations or rescheduling are necessary. Please review our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlined below: 1. Cancellation Policy a. Cancellation Period: If you need to cancel a scheduled medical transportation service, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled pickup time. b. Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. This fee is intended to cover administrative costs and potential loss of service opportunities. c. How to Cancel: To cancel a reservation, please contact our Customer Service team at [support@kywiilogistics.com/1 (877) 226-4293] as soon as possible. 2. Rescheduling Policy a. Rescheduling Period: If you need to reschedule a scheduled medical transportation service, we request that you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. b. Rescheduling Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your new requested time while considering our existing commitments. c. Rescheduling Procedure: To request a rescheduling, please contact our Customer Service team at [support@kywiilogistics.com/1 (877) 226-4293]. Please provide your original reservation details and your preferred rescheduling date and time. 3. No-Show Policy a. No-Show Definition: A "no-show" occurs when a client is not present at the scheduled pickup location at the designated time and fails to cancel or reschedule the service in advance. b. No-Show Charges: In case of a no-show, a fee may be charged to compensate for the loss of service opportunity and operational costs. The fee will be based on the original reservation cost. 4. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unforeseen situations can arise, such as medical emergencies or unexpected hospital stays. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. 5.
